Editorial Policy
The standards every profile, ranking and article on Net Worth Watch has to meet before it is published.

Independence
Coverage decisions are made by editors alone. Nobody can pay to be profiled, to be left out of a ranking or to change an estimate. Advertising is always labelled and kept separate from editorial content.
Sourcing and fact-checking
Every estimate follows our methodology and is checked by a second editor before publication. We prefer primary documents to secondary reporting and name our source types on each profile.
Privacy and fairness
- We cover people because of their public role, not their private lives
- We do not publish home addresses, children's details or health information
- Subjects can contact us to dispute a figure, and we will review it
Conflicts of interest
Editors must declare any financial interest in a person or company they write about, and they step away from that coverage. Mistakes are handled under our corrections policy.
